Telegram

The Telegram integration allows your Shawer bot to respond to messages sent to a Telegram bot.

Coming Soon — This integration is currently under development. The configuration page is available in the dashboard but the full setup is not yet active.

What to expect

When available, the Telegram integration will allow you to:

• Connect a Telegram bot (created through BotFather) to your Shawer bot
• Receive and respond to messages automatically
• Use the same knowledge base and behavior rules as all other channels
• Track Telegram conversations in your analytics dashboard

Preparation

While the integration is not yet active, you can prepare by:

1. Creating a Telegram bot through BotFather
2. Saving the bot token — you will need it when the integration launches
3. Deciding which Telegram groups or channels the bot should serve
